目的:探讨320排CT冠状动脉减影对冠脉钙化斑块狭窄程度诊断价值及图像质量影响因素.方法:选择我院2021年9月至2023年11月期间进行320排CT冠状动脉减影(Sub-CCTA)的193例患者作为研究对象,在这些患者中共检出狭窄的钙化斑块节段236个.以数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查结果作为金标准,对比Sub-CCTA与DSA对冠脉狭窄程度、狭窄率的诊断结果,并分析Sub-CCTA对冠脉不同狭窄程度诊断效能.利用Logistic回归分析Sub…查看全部>>
