摘要
Abstract
Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)is one of the common complications during pregnancy,which can lead to various developmental abnormalities in offspring of GDM mothers,including deformities,obesity,and neuropsychiatric disorders.In recent years,the combined application of various MRI techniques has improved the detection of brain developmental abnormalities in offspring of GDM mothers.Techniques such as diffusion-weighted imaging,diffusion tensor imaging,MR spectroscopy,arterial spin labeling,quantitative magnetic susceptibility imaging,and task-based functional MRI have all contributed to this advancement.Additionally,the integration of radiomics and machine learning has further enhanced the accuracy of disease diagnosis.This review summarizes the progress in MRI research related to neurological development in offspring of mothers with GDM.关键词
