Research progress on radiomics in preoperative prediction of triple-negative breast cancer
摘要
Abstract
Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is highly heterogeneous,and precise preoperative diagnosis is crucial for patient treatment and prognosis.Radiomics,which enables the high-throughput extraction of tumor microfeatures,holds high significant potential in distinguishing between benign and malignant breast lesions,breast cancer types,grading,and in predicting treatment responses and recurrence risks,especially applied in the field of non-invasive prediction of molecular types and the evaluation of tumor heterogeneity.This paper reviews the research progress of radiomics based on mammography,ultrasonography,and MRI in predicting TNBC.关键词
