全固态深紫外激光器研究进展
Research Progress of All-solid-state Deep Ultraviolet Lasers
摘要
Abstract
Deep ultraviolet(DUV)lasers have extensive applications in industries,military,medical,and scientific research fields.This paper introduced the gain medium and nonlinear optical crystals used in all-solid-state deep ultraviolet lasers for generating DUV light.The research progress in the development of DUV lasers through nonlinear frequency conversion technology,utilizing solid/fiber lasers as the base frequency light was reviewed.The paper explained the reasons for the differences between the Nd3+gain medium quasi-three-level laser system and the four-level laser system.Our team's research findings on achieving a 228 nm laser through frequency quadrupling of the 0.9 µm fundamental light generated by the Nd3+-doped quasi-three-level laser system were also reported.关键词
