便携式X射线荧光光谱法测定地表水中痕量铊OA北大核心CSTPCD
Determination of trace thallium in surface water by portable X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy
建立了一种便携式X射线荧光光谱法现场快速测定地表水中痕量铊的方法.通过专用阳离子交换树脂富集头预富集水样中铊后,采用高精度便携式能量色散X射线荧光光谱仪进行测定.水样的最佳预富集和测定条件为水样pH 5、预富集流量6 mL/min、预富集体积60 mL、测定时间300 s.该方法的检出限为0.02 μg/L,测定下限为0.08 μg/L,平行样测定的相对标准偏差(n=7)为3.89%~13.20%,实际水样的加标回收率为73.0%~98.7%,均…查看全部>>
