罗红霉素联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗支气管哮喘的效果及对炎症因子免疫功能的影响OACSTPCD
Effectiveness of Roxithromycin Combined with Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma and Its Effect on Inflammatory Factors and Immune Functions
目的:探讨罗红霉素联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂对支气管哮喘患儿血清炎症因子和免疫功能的影响.方法:将2020 年6 月至2023 年6 月120 例医院诊治的支气管哮喘患儿经随机数表法完全随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组采取糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗,试验组罗红霉素联合糠酸莫米松鼻喷剂治疗,治疗4 周.比较两组患儿肺功能、T细胞亚群水平、血清炎症因子、哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分、生活质量和不良反应.结果:两组治疗后最大呼气流速峰值(PEF)、第 1 秒用力呼气量…查看全部>>
