1010抗氧剂引入对PLA油水分离用无纺布制备及性能影响OACSTPCD
The Effect of Antioxidant 1010 Introduction on the Preparation and Performance of Non-woven Fabrics for PLA Oil-water Separation
随着科技的发展,石油开采、运输等环节中漏油事故、含油废水排放等事件频发,造成了严重的石油污染.为解决该问题,该研究利用聚乳酸为原料,通过双螺杆挤出,在聚乳酸中引入抗氧剂 1010 等抗老化助剂,提高聚乳酸树脂的抗热氧老化性能.采用纺粘技术,将所得改性聚乳酸树脂制备为油水分离用无纺布.通过X射线衍射测试和红外光谱分析对所得无纺布样品的晶体及化学结构变化进行表征,并对其拉伸、顶破等力学性能及吸油性能进行测试.研究结果表明,引入 1010 抗氧剂后,PLA成纤性及其无纺布力学性能得到有效提高,能应用于油水分离作业.
With the development of technology,oil leakage accidents and oily wastewater discharge have occurred frequently during the oil extraction and transportation.In order to solve this problem,polylactic acid(PLA)was applied in this research as raw material for preparing non-woven fabric for oil-water separation via the spunbond technique.To improve the anti-aging performance,antioxidant 1010 and other anti-aging additives were blended with PLA via twin-screw extrusion before the spunbond process.The chemical and crystal structure changes of the obtained non-woven fabric samples were characterized through FTIR and X-ray diffraction.The tensile strength,breaking strength,and oil absorption performance of the prepared fabric samples were also investigated.The results indicated that the introduction of antioxidant 1010 effectively improved the fiber forming properties and mechanical properties of PLA non-woven fabrics,which can be applied in the operation of oil-water separation.
