量子点中存在的有机绝缘配体较多,在使用CsPbI2Br量子点(QDs)对钙钛矿太阳能电池吸光层界面进行修饰时会导致电池器件的电荷传输性能下降.因此我们通过将钙钛矿吸光层浸泡于 1mg/mL 碘化苯乙胺(PEAI)的乙酸乙酯溶液中,通过控制浸泡时间的长短来去除CsPbI2Br量子点中的有机绝缘配体,以提高钙钛矿太阳能电池器件的电荷传输性能,进而提高钙钛矿太阳能电池的光电转换效率(PCE).最终得到的钙钛矿太阳能电池器件的光电性能得到显著的增强,PCE从 10.50%提升到 12.05%.

There are many organic insulating ligands in quantum dots,and the charge transfer performance of perovskite solar cells will be decreased when CsPbI2Br quantum dots are used to modify the light-absorbing layer interface of perovskite solar cells.Therefore,by soaking the perovskite absorption layer in ethyl acetate solution of 1 mg/mL phenylethylamine iodide(PEAI),we removed the organic insulating ligand in CsPbI2Br quantum dots by controlling the soaking time,so as to improve the charge transfer performance of perovskite solar cell devices,and thus improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency(PCE)of perovskite solar cells.The photoelectric performance of the final perovskite solar cell device has been significantly enhanced,and the PCE has been increased from 10.50%to 12.05%.
