Abstract
The vulcanization accelerator TBBS is a substance that accelerates the vulcanization rate of rubber and improves the structure and properties of vulcanized rubber.Its quality affects the product quality of synthetic rubber.The development of TBBS standard sample will make the results of performance evaluation for synthetic rubber comparable.For the develop of TBBS standard samples,we selected TBBS samples from three domestic manufacturers and imported,determined the methanol insoluble content and melting point,and tensile properties of vulcanized rubber by mixed and vulcanized BR9000,SB1502 and NBR3305.The candidate for the preparation of accelerator TBBS standard sample was determined,based on the results of tensile data of vulcanized rubber for BR9000,SBR1502 and NBR3305,methanol insoluble content and melting point of TBBS.关键词
