miR-451a调控TLR4信号通路在结核病发病中的研究进展
Research progress on the regulation of TLR4 signaling pathway by miR-451a in the pathogenesis of tuberculosis

Abstract
MicroRNAs(miRNAs)play a pivotal role in immune regulation and inflammatory responses,contributing to the onset and progression of various diseases.miR-451a,a specific microRNA,is predominantly expressed in erythroid precursors and has been implicated in the pathogenesis of hematological disorders such as leukemia,as well as in non-hematological diseases including congenital heart disease,esophageal cancer,multiple myeloma,and sepsis.Furthermore,miR-451a modulates the TLR4 signaling pathway,thereby influencing the pathogenesis of tuberculosis.The authors investigated the mechanism by which miR-451a regulates the TLR4 signaling pathway,with the goal of examining recent advancements in understanding the role of miR-451a in tuberculosis pathogenesis.This study aims to provide novel theoretical insights for the identification of potential targets in anti-tuberculosis drug development.关键词
