摘要

Abstract

Fourier transform profilometry of structured light detection was used to reconstruct the three-dimensional morphology of the surface,and then to obtain the aging state of the composite insulator and the corrosion state of the hardware.The results showed that:(1)After analyzing the surface condition of composite insulator material,the hy-drophobicity grade can be automatically obtained by statistical analysis of water droplets,and then the aging degree can be extracted;(2)The corrosion situation of the hardware was analyzed,and the corresponding local three-dimensional topography of the corroded hardware was obtained and the root-mean-square error of the analyzed region can be obtained after surface fitting.When the root-mean-square error of the region is greater than 0.1 mm,the rust is more serious.According to the method,the hydrophobicity and corrosion characteristics of line composite insulators can be obtained by the three-dimensional surface characteristics effectively,and the operating health status of the insulator can be accurately identified.
