Box-Behnken优化红花多糖提取工艺研究
Study on Box-Behnken for optimization of extraction of polysaccharides from Carthamus tinctorius L.
摘要
Abstract
The single factor and Box-Behnken response surface method were used to optimize the experimental conditions.To determine the best conditions for extraction of polysaccharides from Carthamus tinctorius L.The best technological parameters for extraction of polysaccharides were ratio of solid to liquid of 1∶20(g/mL),extraction time of 90 min,extraction temperature of 90℃,and crushing degree of 0.600～0.125 mm.Under the conditions,the yield of polysaccharides was up to 38.27%.A variety of factors affected yield of polysaccharides significant performance crushing degree>extraction temperature>extraction time>liquid ratio.Safflower polysaccharides can be used as a new type of antioxidant drug and food development.关键词
