装配式建筑全过程成本风险评价研究
Study on risk assessment of process cost of prefabricated building
摘要
Abstract
This paper investigated the prefabricated building process cost risk,four primary and 33 secondary prefabricated building projects were preliminarily identified as influencing factors of the whole process cost risk,and these factors were screened through questionnaires,data processing and theoretical analysis,the evaluation index system was established.The combination of analytic hierarchy process(AHP-RRB-and entropy weight method)was used to determine the weight,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of cost and risk was established for evaluation.The model was applied to the actual project,and the risk level of the project in each stage of cost control was evaluated.关键词
