摘要
Abstract
Using a modified gel electrophoretic mobility shift assay(EMSA)method and Arsenic biosensing method,the regulation of six highly heterogeneous ArsR-associated proteins from Rhodopseudomonas palustris CGA009 bacterial strain is investigated.The reseach results show that six ArsR-associated proteins exhibited As(Ⅲ)-dependent regulatory activity.The modified EMSA mappings can systematically evaluate the functions of ArsR.Six ArsR-associated proteins have different selectivity in regulating the arsenic resistance o-peron of different species(E.coli pR733 or Staphylococcus aureus p Ⅰ 258).ArsRs with amino acid sequence homology(even with below 30% homology)have arsenic-dependent regulation.关键词
