河南省基本公共卫生服务水平时空演化测度
Measurement of spatiotemporal evolution of basic public health service level in Henan Province
摘要
Abstract
Taking 18 provincial cities in Henan Province as specific research cases,based on data related to the level of basic public health services from 2016 to 2021,the spatial imbalance of basic public health service levels in Henan Province is analyzed using econometric methods such as vertical and horizontal scatter degree,fixed efficiency coefficient,and Theil index,the spatiotemporal evolution and differential characteristics of the level of basic public health services is revealed.The results show that in recent years,the level of basic public health services in provincial cities in Henan Province has increased to varying degrees,and has risen from a lower level to a higher level.According to the level of quality development,basic public health services in Henan Province can be divided into three stages of development.Regional differences are gradually narrowing,but intra regional differences are still higher than inter regional differences.The government can achieve equalization of basic public health services by increasing financial investment in low-level areas,formulating differentiated basic public health service strategies,and giving full play to the spatial linkage between regions.关键词
