Research on the Effectiveness Evaluation of Air Defense and Antimissile Integrated Command Cooperation
摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the lack of the scientific effectiveness evaluation methods for air defense and antimissile integrated command cooperation,an index system for effectiveness evaluation is set up.An intuitionistic fuzzy entropy of the difference square root was constructed to determine the weight of evalua-tion index and the weight of evaluation expert.The improved TOPSIS method is used to evaluate the effec-tiveness.The scientificity and reliability of the improved evaluation method were verified by comparing and analyzing with the evaluation result of the conventional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The evaluation result may provide the commanders with the operational assistance in decision-making.关键词
