Advances in diagnosis and treatment of cardiac implantable electronic device infection
摘要
Abstract
With the gradual increase of the incidence of cardiovascular diseases,cardiac implantable electronic device(CIED)as an important means of treatment has been applied more and more widely in clinical practice,and the incidence of CIED infection has also increased.At present,international guidelines and consensus all recommend that the entire device system(including pulse generator and electrode)should be completely removed as soon as possible after infection.However,the technical difficulty and risk of electrode removal are relatively high,and some patients cannot complete relevant surgical treatment due to physiological or psychological factors.Therefore,a correct understanding of the pathogenesis,risk factors,and treatment and prevention of CIED infection is of great significance for clinicians to correctly deal with CIED infection.This article reviews the recent progress in the diagnosis and treatment of CIED infection.关键词
