胎盘生长因子水平与胎心监护及子痫前期孕妇胎儿宫内生长受限的关联性研究OACSTPCD
Association of Placental Growth Factor Levels with Fetal Cardiac Monitoring and Intrauterine Fetal Growth Restriction in Pregnant Women with Pre-Eclampsia
目的:分析胎盘生长因子水平与胎心监护及子痫前期孕妇胎儿宫内生长受限的关联性.方法:以2020 年6 月至2023 年6 月于本院确诊的子痫前期孕妇131 例为研究对象,依据其是否合并胎儿宫内生长受限分为子痫前期未合并胎儿生长受限组(n=70)及子痫前期合并胎儿生长受限组(n=61).所有研究对象均进行胎盘生长因子水平检测,并在孕周 28 周以上进行胎心监护.并以受试者特征工作(ROC)曲线分析胎盘生长因子对子痫前期孕妇合并胎儿宫内生长受限的评估价值.结果:子痫前期合并胎儿生长受限组的胎盘生长因子水平低于子痫前期未合并胎儿生长受限组(P<0.05);子痫前期合并胎儿生长受限组的胎心监护异常率高于子痫前期未合并胎儿生长受限组(P<0.05);ROC 曲线分析结果显示,胎盘生长因子评估子痫前期孕妇胎儿宫内生长受限的曲线下面积(AUC)为 0.797,灵敏度为91.80%,特异性为57.14%.结论:胎盘生长因子水平与胎心监护及子痫前期孕妇胎儿宫内生长受限密切相关,通过胎盘生长因子检测及胎心监护可为子痫前期孕妇胎儿宫内生长受限的评估提供参考.
Objective:To analyze the association between placental growth factor level and fetal heart rate monitoring and fetal intrauterine growth restriction in pregnant women with preeclampsia.Methods:A to-tal of 131 pregnant women with preeclampsia diagnosed in the hospital were selected from June 2020 to June 2023 as the research subjects.According to whether they were complicated with fetal intrauterine growth re-striction,they were divided into preeclampsia without fetal growth restriction group(n=70)and preeclampsia with fetal growth restriction group(n=61).All study subjects were tested for placental growth factor level,and fetal heart rate monitoring was performed at more than 28 weeks of gestation.The receiver operating char-acteristic(ROC)curve was used to analyze the evaluated value of the placental growth factor on fetal intrau-terine growth restriction in pregnant women with preeclampsia.Results:The level of placental growth factor in preeclampsia with fetal growth restriction group was lower than that in preeclampsia without fetal growth restric-tion group(P<0.05).The abnormal rate of fetal heart rate monitoring was higher in preeclampsia with fetal growth restriction group than that in preeclampsia without fetal growth restriction group(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve(AUC),sensitivity,and specificity of placental growth factor in evaluating fetal intrauterine growth restriction in pregnant women with preeclampsia were 0.797,91.80%,and 57.14%.Conclusion:The level of placental growth factor is closely related to fetal heart rate monitoring and fetal intrauterine growth restriction in pregnant women with preeclampsia.Placental growth factor detection and fetal heart rate monitoring can provide a reference for the evaluation of fetal intrauterine growth restriction in pregnant women with preeclampsia.
