Abstract
In the process of promoting government investment projects,improving the management of preliminary work is the premise and foun-dation for achieving the high-quality construction goal of the whole project.Combined with the characteristics of public welfare and standardiza-tion of government investment projects,this paper summarizes and analyzes the common key points and difficulties in the basic conditions,in-vestment control,schedule requirements and quality control of the project around the preliminary work content of the project.In addition,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project,starting from the project practice,this paper explores a perfect way to improve the management efficiency of the preliminary work of the project by means of solid project planning and pre-research,building a professional team,building a reasonable organizational model,improving the project promotion mechanism,and strengthening the project process management.It is hoped that it can provide reference ideas for people in the industry.关键词
