Research on the Path and Policy of SRUI Enterprises Cultivation to Improve China's Industrial Chain Resilience

Abstract
Improving the resilience of the industrial chain is an inevitable requirement for the safe development of the industry.Based on the logical link of"analysis of the connotation of perseverance-decomposition of the specific action path-solid chain,supplement chain and strong chain effect",this paper constructs a theoretical framework to explore the action mechanism of SRUI Enterprises to cultivate and enhance the resilience of the industrial chain.The research shows that SRUI Enterprises enhance the resilience of the industrial chain through three ways,including enhancing the independent controllability of core technology to solid chain,supporting functions of industrial infrastructure to supplement chain and promoting knowledge creation and industrial chain integration to strong chain.The countermeasures include implementing the cultivation and optimization ability project,service improvement ability project and innovation deepening ability project respectively to solid chain,supplement chain and strong chain,so as to promote the overall level of the industrial chain resilience.关键词
