Configuration Effects of Transformational Environment and Mixed Emotions on Novice Entrepreneurial Patchwork:An Empirical Analysis of FsQCA

Abstract
Based on the research framework of"emotion-environment-behavior",the article studies the configuration effect of four antecedent conditions of mixed emotion and transformation environment on entrepreneurial bricolage of novice entrepreneurs.Through the QCA analysis of 162 questionnaire data,it is found that:(1)single emotion or environmental factor does not constitute the necessary conditions for the occurrence of entrepreneurial bricolage;(2)There are two antecedent configurations that lead novice entrepreneurs to choose input bricolage,which are"high positive emotion*high negative emotion*low environmental hostility * high environmental dynamics","low positive emotion * high negative emotion * high environmental hostility * high environmental dynamics";(3)There is one antecedent configuration that leads novice entrepreneurs to choose customer bricolage,which is"high positive emotion*high negative emotion*high environmental hostility*high environmental dynamics";(4)There are two antecedent configurations that lead to the choice of institutional bricolage by novice entrepreneurs,which are"low positive emotion * high environmental hostility * high environmental dynamics","high negative emotion * high environmental hostility * high environmental dynamics".The study enriches and deepens the research literature on the antecedents of entrepreneurial bricolage,broadens the configuration perspective of emotion-environment,and also provides reference and suggestions for novice entrepreneurial bricolage practice.关键词
