Influencing factors and prediction of stroke-related pneumonia in patients with acute ischemic stroke and type 2 diabetes
目的 探讨急性缺血性卒中(AIS)合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者发生卒中相关性肺炎(SAP)的影响因素并建立预测模型.方法 纳入2021年9月至2023年9月本院收治的125例AIS合并T2DM患者,根据SAP诊断标准分为SAP组(n=28)和非SAP组(n=97).采集患者的临床资料,分析SAP组病原学情况,探讨患者发生SAP的影响因素,并建立预测模型,用ROC曲线检验模型.结果 SAP组病原菌主要以革兰阴性杆菌为主(73.9％).SAP组和非…查看全部>>
