Research progress on recycling technologies for cathode materials from spent lithium-ion batteries
针对废旧动力锂电池数量迅速增长的问题,综述了废旧动力锂电池正极材料回收技术的研究进展,介绍了废旧动力锂电池的预处理工艺流程,分析了火法工艺、湿法工艺和高温固相修复及再生工艺3种回收工艺的技术特点、研究现状和应用情况,展望了废旧动力锂电池正极材料回收技术的应用前景和发展方向.
In view of the rapid increase in the number of spent lithium-ion batteries,this paper summarizes the research progress of recycling technology for cathode materials from spent lithium-ion batteries and introduces the pretreatment process for them.It analyzed the technical characteristics,research status and application of three recycling technologies,namely pyrometallurgical process,hydrometallurgical process and high-temperature solid phase repair and regeneration.Moreover,it looked forward to the application prospect and development direction of the recycling technology for cathode materials from spent lithium-ion batteries.
