Abstract
In order to analyze the shrinkage performance of prefabricated GRC-PC composite wallboard,the time-history response of different types of prefabricated composite wallboard was experimentally studied.The results show that with the increase of time,the shrinkage strain of all assembled GRC wallboards increases first,then decreases and then becomes stable.The shrinkage strain of the 2 000 mm assembled GRC-PC wall panel at the stable stage of the response curve is 390×10-6,which is 68.7%lower than that of the assembled GRC wall panel and 56.8%higher than that of the 1 000 mm assembled GRC-PC wall panel.The shrinkage stress of GRC-PC plate is 19.1%higher than that of GRC plate.The shrinkage stress of GRC-PC steel wire mesh is increased by 72.8%compared with that of GRC plate.The shrinkage stress of 2 000 mm GRC-PC plate is 122.4%higher than that of GRC plate.The addition of fiber or steel wire mesh will increase the shrinkage stress of the pre-fabricated structure GRC wallboard,reduce its shrinkage strain,and improve the shrinkage performance.关键词
