乡村产业振兴政策实施前后我国粮食生产效率波动研究OA

The food issue bears on the well-being of the country and the people,and food security is an important foundation of national security.Improving the comprehensive grain production capacity and ensuring food security are the primary tasks of the rural revitalization strategy.What is the efficiency level of grain production since the implementation of the rural industry revitalization policy?How to improve the comprehensive production and supply capacity of grain under the rural industry revitalization policy is an important research topic.Based on this background,this paper uses the cost-benefit data of national agricultural products and uses DEA-Malmquist method to measure the efficiency of grain production.The study found that before and after the implementation of the rural industry revitalization policy,the grain production efficiency fluctuated to a certain extent.Before the implementation of tthe rural industry revitalization policy,the grain production efficiency was basically on an upward trend due to the strong promotion of the new rural construction policy,however,in the late period of new rural construction,the grain production efficiency has a downward trend.Since the implementation of the rural industry revitalization policy,the efficiency of grain production has been gradually improved,The total factor productivity of grain has been improved.it is also necessary to continue to stabilize and improve the efficiency of food production.Therefore,the implementation of the rural industry revitalization policy should be based on grain producers,and efforts should be made from the three levels of system,division of labor,and resources to form a synergistic effect to stimulate the enthusiasm of grain producers and at the same time continue to increase the efficiency of food production,achieve full national food security.
