Research on Cooling Effect of Urban Parks in Fuzhou Based on GEE

Abstract
With the acceleration of urbanization in China,problems such as the urban heat island effect are becoming increasingly severe.As a crucial component of urban green spaces,urban parks play a significant role in mitigating urban thermal environments.This study focuses on 26 urban parks within the Third Ring Road of Fuzhou,utilizing Google Earth Engine(GEE)and Landsat 8 OLI/TIRS remote sensing data.The land surface temperature(LST)was inverted using the single window algorithm,and the cooling effect characteristics of urban parks were quantified using buffer analysis.The study quantified the cooling effect of urban parks in terms of cooling magnitude and cooling distance,and analyzed the main factors influencing the cooling effect of parks.The results indicate that urban parks within the Third Ring Road of Fuzhou exhibit significant cooling effects.The cooling magnitude and cooling distance are significantly positively correlated with park area and perimeter,and negatively correlated with the perimeter-to-area ratio.This research aims to provide scientific evidence for optimizing urban thermal environments and green space planning.关键词
