利用镜像对核32Ar-32Si约束核物质状态方程
Constraining the Equation of State of Nuclear Matter with the Mirror-pair nuclei 32Ar-32Si
摘要
Abstract
The density-dependence of symmetry energy,which is associated with the isospin interactions in the equation of state of nuclear matter,plays a vital role in describing the properties of asymmetric nuclear matter.Theoretical researches suggest that the highly linear correlations can be observed between the difference of the charge radii of mirror-pair nuclei and the slope parameter of symmetry energy.This may provide an alternative approach to constrain the symmetry energy slope.The charge radius for 32Si has been detected by the latest experiment,combining the known charge radius of 32Ar,a new mirror nuclei pair is produced.This provides the fundamental database for constraining the equation of state of nuclear matter.The charge radii of 32Ar and 32Si have been calculated by the covariant and Skyrme density functional theories with spherical basis,respec-tively.The linear correlations between the difference of the charge radii of mirror-pair nuclei 32Ar-32Si and the symmetry energy slope at the saturation density have been analyzed.The calculated results suggest that the soft equation of state of nuclear matter is obtained through the latest database,and this is in accord with the most the-oretical results.关键词
