空心薄壁螺纹结构是一种常见的应用于小型化部件装配的紧固结构.为了研究其力学性能,建立了某型号空心薄壁螺纹结构的有限元模型,开展了拧紧力矩的仿真分析.考虑了预紧力矩的影响,研究了在拧紧过程中螺纹面上的接触应力的分布,以及不同材料对于空心薄壁螺纹能承受的拧紧力矩的影响,得到了结构能承受的最大拧紧力矩,与实验结果误差约为1.5%.研究发现,不同预紧力矩下,结构能承受的最大拧紧力矩近似不变,并且当外螺纹件材料为铍青铜C17300Y,内螺纹件材料为不锈钢S30408时,空心薄壁螺纹结构能承受的最大拧紧力矩最大.计算结果阐明了拧紧过程中空心薄壁螺纹结构发生断裂失效的原因,对空心薄壁螺纹结构的设计具有一定的理论指导作用.

The hollow thin-wall thread structure is a common fastening structure applied in the assembly of min-iaturized components.To study its mechanical properties,a finite element model of a specific hollow thin-wall thread structure was established,and a simulation analysis of the tightening torque was conducted.The influ-ence of the preload torque was considered,and the distribution of contact stress and strain on the threaded sur-face during the tightening process was studied,along with the effect of different materials on the maximum tight-ening torque that the hollow thin-walled threads can withstand.The maximum tightening torque that the struc-ture can endure was obtained,with an error of about 1.5% compared to experimental results.The study found that the maximum tightening torque remains approximately unchanged under different preload torques,and when the material of the external threaded component is beryllium bronze C17300Y and the internal threaded component is stainless steel S30408,the hollow thin-walled threaded structure can withstand the maximum tightening torque.The calculation results elucidate the reasons for the fracture failure of the hollow thin-walled threaded structure during the tightening process,providing certain theoretical guidance for the design of hollow thin-walled threaded structures.
