Abstract
[Research purpose]It is of great significance for cultivating new quality productive forces to promote the deep integration of technology and finance,so as to provide efficient liquidity support for innovation.[Research method]This article takes technology financial instruments as the starting point to analyze the development status quo and main challenges of three major categories of technology financial instruments:equity investment,technology loans,and technology insurance.This article attempts to construct a"fusion matrix"of technological innovation and financial capital,promoting their deep coupling development in value discovery,risk sharing,and data profiling,and proposing insights for technological and financial innovation.[Research conclusion]This article proposes four policy recommendations,including grasping the direction of investment decisions based on the laws of technological evolution,leveraging the technology discovery capabilities of science and technology innovation platforms,promoting the participation of incubation carriers in risk sharing,and making algorithm innovation the breakthrough direction of AI models.关键词
