美国工业与安全局履职中的国家情报服务体系分析
Analysis of the National Intelligence Service System in the Performance of the Bureau of Industry and Security in the United States
摘要
Abstract
[Research purpose]This study conducts a scan and analysis of the national intelligence services performed by the Bureau of Industry and Security(BIS),summarizes and evaluates its service characteristics,aiming to provide a reference for the construction of the national intelligence service system for export control in China.[Research method]Research and logical reasoning are conducted through the study of department positions,agencies,functions,workflow,publicly available documents,news updates,work reports on the offi-cial website of BIS,and relevant literature.[Research conclusion]The national intelligence demands in the performance of BIS exhibit multidimensionality and cross-disciplinary integration;the national intelligence capabilities are strengthened and developed through domes-tic collaboration and foreign alliances;the national intelligence operations demonstrate characteristics of"task-centric"and"highly inte-grated"cross-departmental"joint intelligence"operations;national intelligence is of public nature,actively promoting the construction of enterprise compliance management systems.关键词
