Abstract
[Research purpose]Driven by both policy and technology,the digital economy of counties and cities in Xinjiang Province has shown a favorable development trend,with the proportion of digital industry climbing year by year and the growth rate exceeding the national average.However,there are still some bottlenecks,including lagging infrastructure construction,imperfect digital policy support system,and lack of digital skills training.Therefore,we should focus on the specific issues of how the digital economy can help Xinjiang counties and cities to realize common prosperity during the"14th Five-Year Plan"period.[Research method]Based on the literature review of relevant studies at home and abroad,the study analyzes the status quo of digital economy development in Xinjiang and its action mechanism,putting forward improvement paths and policy recommendations.[Research conclusion]In order to solve these problems,this study proposes the development models of"Digital Agriculture+E-commerce+Farmers","Digital Industry+Innovation and Entrepreneurship+Employment",and"Digital Infrastructure+Public Services+People's Livelihood".development modes.In terms of improvement paths,it is recommended to strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure,promoting the cultivation of digital talents and the enhancement of innovation capacity,improving the digital policy support mechanism,and promoting the integrated development of digital economy and traditional industries.At the level of policy planning,this study emphasizes the need to strengthen the support mechanism of digital policies to ensure that the policies are forward-looking,effective and operable.At the same time,it strengthens the evaluation of policy implementation,ensures openness and transparency,and accepts public supervision.关键词
