The Motivation and Connotation of the United States Intelligence Community Data Strategy Evolution
摘要
Abstract
[Research purpose]This research insights into the motivation and connotation of the evolution of data strategy in the U.S.in-telligence community,and provides reference for deeply understanding the data strategy in the U.S.intelligence community,predicting its development trend,and improving China's data capabilities in the intelligence field.[Research method]Using the method of text analy-sis and comparative research,this research sorts out the 2017 edition of"Intelligence Community Information Environment(IC IE)Data Strategy 2017-2021"and the 2023 edition of"The IC Data Strategy 2023-2025",and analyzes the motivation and connotation of their evolution.[Research conclusion]The data strategy of the U.S.intelligence community evolution is driven by the needs of the transfor-mation and development of the intelligence community,the Biden administration's concept of upgrading the importance of data,and the external impetus of the experience and lessons of federal data work.And it evolves in four aspects:task requirements,strategic objectives,management methods and design ideas.关键词
