副球菌(Paracoccus sp.)提取物对米氏凯伦藻(Karenia mikimotoi)的抑制作用

Abstract
In this paper,the algicidal activity,pathway and substances of Paracoccus O-4 against Kare-nia mikimotoi are investigated.The results illustrate that the strain O-4 discouraged the growth and repro-duction of Karenia mikimotoi by causing flocculation of algal cells,cell rupture and damage to the photo-synthetic system.Nonadecanoic acid(cis-10)is the main algicidal substance produced by Paracoccus O-4.This study enriches the contents of algicidal microorganisms and their algicidal substances,providing pow-erful testimony for microorganisms to control harmful algal blooms(HABs).关键词
