含氮杂环卡宾配体的半三明治铱(Ⅲ)配合物的合成及抗肿瘤转移作用
Synthesis of a semi-sandwich iridium(Ⅲ) complex containing nitrogen heterocyclic carbene ligand and study on its antitumor metastases
摘要
Abstract
The designed and developed iridium(Ⅲ)anticancer complex[(η5-C5MeC6H4C6H5)Ir(C∧C)Cl]PF6can selectively kill and inhibit tumor cell,but its internal mechanism of action is not fully under-stood.The anti-metastasis ability of iridium(Ⅲ)complex on A549 cells was investigated by cell scratch,migration and invasion assay.The expression levels of NEDD9 and β-catenin were analyzed by immunohis-tochemistry and western blot.The results showed that the iridium(Ⅲ)complex had a significant anti-me-tastasis effect on A549 cells,which may reduce the proliferation and metastasis of lung cancer cells by act-ing on NEDD9.At the same time,the gold complex can also induce the expression of β-catenin protein,in-crease the membrane surface viscosity,and reduce the metastasis ability of A549 cells.关键词
