Effect of p53 gene mutation on the protein expression of Connexin 45 in glioblastoma cells
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of p53 gene mutation on the protein expression of Connexin 45 in glioblasto-ma cells.Methods Glioblastoma U87 cells(wild-type p53 gene)and U251 cells(mutant p53 gene)were cultured,and then Western blotting was used to measure the protein expression levels of P53 and Connexin 45.Results Compared with U87 cells,U251 cells showed significant reductions in the protein expression levels of P53 and Connexin 45(t=6.054,4.199;P＜0.05).Conclusion The p53 gene mutation may reducethe protein expression level of Connexin 45 in glioblastoma cells.关键词
