老年女性乳癌组织中Bcl-2蛋白表达及临床意义
Expression and clinical significance of B-cell lymphoma-2 protein in breast cancer tissue of elderly female patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of B-cell lymphoma-2(Bcl-2)in the breast cancer tissue of elderly fe-male patients and its association with the clinicopathological features and prognosis of patients.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to measure the expression of Bcl-2 protein in the breast cancer tissue samples of 92 elderly female patients,and its asso-ciation with clinicopathological features and prognosis was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of Bcl-2 was 80.4％in the breast cancer tissue samples of elderly female patients.The expression of Bcl-2 was associated with tumor size,lymph node me-tastasis,TNM stage,histological grading,and vascular tumor thrombus(x2=4.459-11.607,P＜0.05).The analysis of molecu-lar characteristics showed that the expression of Bcl-2 was associated with estrogen receptor,Her-2,and molecular typing(x2=14.572-19.390,P＜0.05).The survival analysis showed that the expression of Bcl-2 was not associated with progression-free sur-vival rate or overall survival rate(P＞0.05).Conclusion The measurement of the expression of Bcl-2 protein in breast cancer tissue has a clinical reference value in predicting the prognosis of elderly female patients with breast cancer and guiding the treat-ment of such patients.关键词
