摘要

Abstract

In response to the continuous improvement of quality,efficiency,environmental protection,and energy-saving requirements for pre-treatment of coatings,this paper proposes a design scheme for an online automatic monitoring system for silane pre-treatment.Practice has shown that the system,based on automatic monitoring and dosing systems,improves the accuracy and efficiency of pre-treatment production quality management through functions such as data analysis and storage,dynamic optimization,and achieves synchronous improvement of economic and environmental benefits.
