Abstract
In order to accurately locate the hidden quality hazards of girth welds of oil and gas transmission pipelines and effectively carry out on-site excavation re-inspection and repair work,the recovery and analysis of data during the pipeline construction period is the most important work content in the early stage of investigation.Based on the work practice of pipeline girth weld risk investigation of Guangdong Province Pipeline Network Company,this paper analyzes and studies the working processes of multi-source data alignment,consistency review,and negative re-evaluation of pipelines in different periods.It is concluded that in the early stage of investigation,the management concept of pre-risk analysis can be combined to improve the effectiveness of oil and gas pipeline investigation through data integration analysis technology,providing implementation guarantee for subsequent on-site work,and thus improving the efficiency and economic benefits of the investigation work.关键词
