摘要

Abstract

The atmospheric pressure storage tanks in ports are mostly used for the storage of hazardous materials.As one of the key dangerous sources monitored by port,the inspection and testing procedures of atmospheric pressure storage tank are very important.Through the systematic description and analysis of the common failure forms of storage tank,the principles and characteristics of storage tank inspection technology,theoretical supports for the selection and application of inspection technology in the process of storage tank inspection were provided.By integrating the applicability and advantages of the inspection technology to the inspection of various parts of the storage tank,the inspection strategies such as online inspection,open-can inspection,and risk-based inspection were proposed.The detection strategy suitable for the damage mechanism and on-site operation of the storage tank was selected,and the technical methods such as data review,macroscopic detection,tank corrosion,weld detection and verticality detection were successfully applied to the on-site detection of the atmospheric storage tank,and the safety status of the storage tank was evaluated.The results provide an important guarantee for the safety and environmental protection of the port industry.
