摘要

Abstract

With the vigorous development of the shipping industry,the pollution caused by ship exhaust gases has become increasingly serious,with nitrogen oxides(NOx)being the primary pollutant.Selective catalytic reduction with NH3(NH3-SCR)is currently the most effective denitrification method,and the catalyst is the core component of the technology.Monolithic catalysts are the primary commercial catalysts,exhibiting characteristics of high mechanical strength and excellent heat transfer performance.The pre-treatment methods,extrusion molding methods,and coating methods for marine monolithic catalysts used for NH3-SCR,as well as their advantages and disadvantages were reviewed.The research progress of slurry coating methods was emphatically summarized.The composition of marine exhaust emissions was complex,including SO2,H2O,PM,among others,poses adverse effects on NH3-SCR catalysts.This paper comprehensively analyzed and summarized the mechanism of catalyst poisoning,SCR activity,and complex gases poisoning resistance.
