Abstract

With the rapid development of shore power technology,the number of shore power is growing exponentially,and the traditional shore power information management system is difficult to meet the higher management needs.Consequently,a new shore power smart management platform was developed.The main functions of the platform encompass system navigation,online monitoring,intelligent operation and maintenance,intelligent analysis,billing and charging,among others.In order to improve the inspection efficiency and reduce the loss caused by equipment faults,a key technology of intelligent fault recognition,based on the operating state of equipment,was proposed.This technology realizes fault prediction and judgment of shore power equipment through data-driven fault prediction models.Aiming at the short-term shore power load prediction problem,a solution combining a Transformer-based Shore Power Load Prediction Model(SP-T)with the Firefly Algorithm(FA)was proposed.FA was utilized to extract the key features in the high-dimensional ship's load data,while SP-T predicted the electricity load of each berth based on the selected features.The experimental results show that the method has good generalization and accuracy,enabling efficient and accurate organization of the shore power connections,avoiding peak superposition,and mitigating the impact on the shore-side grid.
