摘要
Abstract
Objective To introduce a new method for synthesize peficitinib hydrobromide.Methods Peficitinib hydrobromide was synthesized from 4-chloro-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine-5-carbonitrile via the reactions including con-densation reaction,substitution reaction,hydrolysis reaction and salt formation.Results The method had been successfully implemented to prepare the target compound in 61.8％overall yield and 99.2％area purity.Conclusion The method was suitable for industrial production with safety and environmental protection high yield.关键词
