Abstract
In the new power system,the distribution system plays a key role.The implementation of technical standards provides standardized specifications and requirements for the operation and control of the distribution network,which can effectively promote the improvement of industrial technology levels and technical innovation.This paper addresses the challenges and demands of the new power system,and analyzes the foundational processes and operations of the distribution network in terms of operation control and fault handling.It also establishes a supporting technical standards framework,which helps guide technological research and development and precise planning standards in the distribution network field,laying a solid foundation for the high-quality development of the new power system.关键词
