基于变电站二次系统的在线监测设计优化OA
Online Monitoring Design Optimization Based on Substation Secondary System
随着变电站智慧化、智能化水平的提升,二次系统的可靠性已经成为了影响变电站安全运行的决定性因素.现阶段变电站二次系统在线监测存在功能不全、方案不统一以及主站端各成体系的问题.为满足现场运行对二次系统在线监测的迫切需求,实现不同二次系统在线监测技术方案的统一,本文提出一种二次系统在线监测优化设计技术.通过对整体系统框架、信息采集方式展开介绍,并以3种常见电压等级的工程实例方案进行论证,提出技术经济相协调的二次系统在线监测应用实施建议.在电网运维方面,可有效优化和提升二次设备的管理水平;在电网安全方面,借助对二次系统的全面在线监测,可有效保障电网安全稳定运行,以应对新型电力系统下电网复杂运行状态,实现新型数字智能电网建设.
With the improvement of substation's intelligence,the reliability of secondary system has become a decisive factor affecting the safe operation of substation.At present,there are some problems exist in on-line monitoring of substation secondary system,such as incomplete function,disunity of scheme and main station system.In order to meet the urgent need of on-line monitoring of secondary system in operation,and realize the unification of different on-line monitoring technology schemes,this paper presents an optimization design technology.Through the introduction of the whole system framework and information collection methods,together with the demonstration of the typical design schemes,the paper puts forward the application and implementation suggestions of the secondary system online monitoring with technical and economic coordination.In terms of power grid operation and maintenance,the secondary system optimization can effectively improve the management level of secondary equipment.In terms of power grid security,with the help of comprehensive online monitoring of the secondary system,the safe and stable operation of the power grid can be effectively guaranteed,so as to cope with the complex operation of the power grid under the new power system and realize the construction of a new digital smart grid.
