Abstract
Through the study of the differences of technical standard clauses,issues such as inapplicability and conflicting clauses in the standard implementation process have been resolved.The research proposes the principle of substantive difference evaluation to improve the energy efficiency of technical standard implementation,and better leverage the fundamental guarantee role of technical standards in the development of the power grid.关键词
