Research progress of in situ hydrogels as co-delivery system in tumor treatment
摘要
Abstract
In situ hydrogels have become a hot research topic in the field of pharmaceuticals due to their biocompati-bility,environmental sensitivity,high stability and injectability.Due to the unique phase transition properties of in situ hydro-gels,it is possible to achieve sustained release of drugs locally at the site of administration.In addition,in situ hydrogels will also be able to combine various therapeutic means(e.g.,chemotherapy,photothermal therapy,photodynamic therapy,gene therapy,and immunotherapy,etc.)to achieve the combined treatment of tumors.This review focuses recent progress and de-velopment prospects of in situ hydrogels as co-delivery system in tumor treatment.关键词
