Fuel cell cogeneration system,as an important technology path for distributed energy supply,has been industrialized and applied,and the relevant standard system of fuel cell cogeneration system has been gradually improved.This paper analyzes the standard IEC 62282-3-400:2016,Fuel cell technologies-Part 3-400:Stationary fuel cell power systems-Small stationary fuel cell power system with combined heat and power output,published by the International Electrotechnical Commission.The scope of use and main content and technical requirements of the standard are mainly expounded,including equipment classification,safety requirements and protective measures,functional characteristics,marking installation and operation instructions,providing technical reference for fuel cell cogeneration related industries.
