荧光标记技术在药物成分示踪研究中的应用
Application of fluorescence labeling technique in drug component tracing
摘要
Abstract
Fluorescent labeling technology is an effective means to study the distribution,metabolic pathway,target and other characteristics of effective components of drugs in vivo.Because of its advantages of simple operation,high sensitivity,strong speci-ficity,good stability and low cost,it is widely used in drug tracing research in vivo.It is of great significance to clarify the material basis and mechanism of drug action and improve the route of drug administration.In this paper,the principle of fluorescence trac-ing technology and the way of combining fluorescent dyes with drug molecules are reviewed,and the future application trend of this technology is discussed,which provides reference for the in vivo tracing research of drug components.关键词
