Tractor Chassis Driving Performance Optimization Model and Test

Abstract
The tractor,as an important agricultural transport tool,is used in the field in conjunction with different agri-cultural machinery to complete the relevant agronomic operation process.At present,agricultural implements are mainly connected to the tractor in the form of suspension,however,chassis tipping motion can occur during field trials,there-fore,improving the dynamic performance of the tractor chassis is important to improve tractor stability.To address the above issues,this study proposes a tractor chassis front suspension frame model for the design of tractor chassis anti-tip suspension,and establish the validation model of tractor hydraulic front suspension in-plane dynamics,tractor chassis overturning analysis.Through the combination of numerical simulation and field test method for model validation and anal-ysis,the results showed that the tractor chassis front suspension model constructed in this study can accurately simulate the behaviour of the real simulated system of the tractor under high and medium load configurations.The results of the study can provide a parameter reference and theoretical basis for the optimisation of tractor chassis design.关键词
