Analysis of the Current Situation of Automotive Chip Certification and Testing Resources and Suggestions for Countermeasures

本文基于分析中国汽车芯片认证检测资源的现状,发现我国尚未建立汽车芯片认证检测标准体系、汽车芯片全产业链合格审查机制尚未健全和认证检测项目覆盖不全等问题,无法有效支撑质量安全、可靠性及产品缺陷分析认证测试工作的开展.进而提出了建立汽车芯片全产业链的合格评定体系、强化可靠性和功能安全认证标准、构建国产芯片质量管理体系和审核机制、推动国际合作与标准对接、支持国内芯片企业技术发展与创新等对策建议,推动以新质生产力建设发展中国汽车芯片产业.

After analyzing the current situation of China's automotive chip certification and testing resources,this paper finds that China has not yet established an automotive chip certification and testing standards system,the automotive chip industry chain-wide conformity review mechanism is not yet sound,and the coverage of certification and testing projects is incomplete,which can't effectively support the development of quality and safety,reliability,and product defects analysis certification and testing work.And then it puts forward suggestions and measures,including the establishment of automotive chip industry chain-wide conformity assessment system,strengthening the reliability and functional safety certification standards,building a domestic chip quality management system and audit mechanism,promoting international cooperation and standards docking,supporting the domestic chip enterprise technology development and innovation,etc.,to promote the development of China's automotive chip industry with new quality productive forces.
